By submitting your application, you agree to let us use your photos and personal information for promotional purposes. You also certify that you are 18 years of age or older, and that you have the right to grant us permission to use your photos. Don’t play yourself by submitting false information, because we will catch you, and you will be disqualified. TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Eligibility: The 2024 Kandy Kalendar online casting call promotion is open to all entertainers aged 18 and above who meet the eligibility criteria stated on the application form. Employees, agents, directors, and officers of Kandy Kalendar, Redd Wave Media, and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, and promotion agencies, and immediate family members are not eligible to participate in the promotion.
2. How to Enter: To enter, follow Kandies Cabaret on Instagram ( @kandiescabaret & @kandiesinternational), post a recent photo of yourself on YOUR Instagram page, TAG US in your photo, and use the hashtag #KandyKalendar2024. You must also complete the application form on the Kandies Cabaret website.
3. Application Deadline: All applications must be submitted by the deadline of CINCO DE MAYO 2023.
4. Use of Images: By submitting an application, you grant Kandies Cabaret and Redd Wave Media the right to use your name, image, and likeness in connection with the promotion and the Kandy Kalendar project. You agree to participate in the Kandy Kalendar photoshoot on May 7th, 2024, if selected.
5. Selection Process: Kandies Cabaret and Redd Wave will select entertainers for the Kandy Kalendar based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to sex appeal, stage presence and entertainment value. Selection is at the sole discretion of Kandies Cabaret and Redd Wave, and their decision is final.
6. Notification: If you are selected for the 2024 Kandy Kalendar, you will be notified by email, phone or IG. If you do not respond within 24 hours of notification, your selection may be forfeited, and an alternate entertainer may be selected.
7. Indemnification: By participating in the promotion, you agree to indemnify and hold Kandies Cabaret, Kandy Kalendar and Redd Wave Media, and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, and promotion agencies, and each of their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents harmless from and against any and all claims, actions, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from or in connection with your participation in the promotion or the use of your name, image, or likeness.
8. Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Arizona, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this promotion shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Arizona.
